The title pretty much says it all.  I bought a Chemex. Do you know what that is?  It’s a pour over coffee apparatus – basically, you put a bonded filter inside the upper compartment, put freshly ground coffee into the filter, and then you pour hot water over the grounds and watch the coffee just happen. Sounds pretty low-tech, right?  Well, it is – but it makes phenomenal, well extracted
