Making Sense of Healthy Beverages

With so many "healthy" beverages to choose from it is impossible to know which ones are really nutritious.

The market is crowded with products chock full of sugar, preservatives, unidentifiable ingredients, and often as many calories as a can of Pepsi.

One of my favorite go-to healthy products participated in the I Bought it Today Healthy Food Tasting.  I won't lie, I shrieked when Hint said they would be a part of our event!

In 2005, after plenty of hard work, dedication and persistence, Hint came to fruition.

I first tasted Hint at Whole Foods over a year ago. I chose Hint Cucumber and I will never forget how amazed my tastebuds were. As a frequent spa-goer, cucumber water is what I expect after a $200 facial.

For $2 I brought the pricey flavored water experience home, and gave myself a pocket friendly spa treatment in the privacy of my own bathroom.
